Welcome to the KODE OS Launchpad! Launchpad is an integral component of KODE OS. Any instance or user can be added, changed, or deactivated in a matter of seconds.
In order to sign in to your instance of Launchpad, you need to access a link that is provided to you by KODE Labs, Inc. The link will be in the following format.
yourcompanyname.kodelabs.com
Clicking the link opens a sign in screen where you enter your provided username and password. Upon providing the correct information and clicking Login, the Home page view of Launchpad appears.
If you belong to two or more organizations, you can select the desired instance after the initial login. All of your instances will be accessible via the same username and password.
Launchpad also offers the ability to add an additional layer of security during the login process via Multifactor Authentication (MFA). This can be set-up by navigating to the Security Settings. MFA can be enabled via Text Messaging (SMS) or via a Third-Party Authenticator.
The homepage view is divided into three sections.
Sidebar: Enables you to navigate to Clients, Users, Sign in Methods, Security Settings, Authentication Logs, Company Profile, and back to the Home page.
Overview: Displays various metrics such as the number of clients, buildings, and accounts, the total integrated square footage, login information, login attempts, and the number of sites with each of the products.
User Admin: Located in the upper-right corner, where you can edit your user profile, manage your account, and log out.
Displays a list of your clients that are subscribed to KODE OS and/or any of its products. you can add a client by clicking the +Add Client button.
Shows who has access to Launchpad as well as myMSI and KODE OS. To add a new user, click the + Add User button. You can add or invite a new user.
Add User: Add a new user in your organization permanently or temporarily.
Invite User: Invite an external user permanently or temporarily.
Manage the sign in methods for accessing Launchpad. From this page you can view the current method used to sign in or add a sign in method.
Manage Multifactor Authentication (MFA), password strength, and timeout settings, and view trusted organizations.
View the authentication logs of user attempts to sign in. The list displays the user name, email address, date and time, their status, IP address, and the browser used.
View and edit the general organization details; address, contact person, and language preference.
Note: The workspace domain can not be edited.

To edit the profile information of a company,
In the sidebar of the Client Launchpad, click Company Profile. The Company Profile page appears.
You can edit the General Information, Contact Person, and Preferences. Click the Edit button for the section you want to edit. The fields become editable.
Make the desired changes.
