Launchpad is a core component of KODE OS. Any instance or user can be added, modified, or deactivated in just a few seconds.
In order to sign in to your instance of Launchpad, you need to access a link that is provided to you by KODE Labs, Inc. or one of its channel partners. The link will be in the following format.
Launchpad Access URL: {your-company-name}.kodelabs.com
Clicking the link opens the sign-in screen, where you enter your provided username and password. Once the correct information is entered, the Launchpad Home page will appear.
On the Launchpad landing page, you will see a list of available applications. This centralized view is designed to give you immediate access to all your KODE products.
If you belong to two or more organizations, you can select the desired instance after the initial login. All of your instances are accessible via the same username and password.
Launchpad also offers the ability to add an additional layer of security during the login process via Multifactor Authentication (MFA). This can be set-up by navigating to the Security Settings. MFA can be enabled via Text Messaging (SMS) or via a Third-Party Authenticator.
The landing page displays the following applications in a list format, depending where you have been granted access to:
Client Management (Launchpad)
KODE OS
AssetOps
myMSI
These applications are your entry points to their specific environments and functionalities.
Find the application you wish to use (e.g., AssetOps) in the list.
On the right side of each application entry, you will find the “Open App” button.
Clicking this button immediately launches the selected application in your browser.
The Launchpad is configured for direct, seamless access. When you click “Open App”, you are taken directly to the application's environment.
The URL structure ensures that you land directly inside the selected application:

It is also added to the list, where you can edit the building information, or unpublish or delete the building.
Note: You can assign each user to their specific building when you create them. Or you can assign them to buildings in CloudBMS.
