Channel Partners can control which products are enabled for different buildings, preventing unauthorized access and supporting a secure, organized rollout. Additionally, it supports adding products as add-ons, giving you flexibility in managing availability based on site, user, and client requirements.
To enable products for buildings,
In the sidebar of the Channel Launchpad, click Clients.
Select the Client for whom you want to enable products per building. The Client Information page appears.
In the Apps section, click + Select Buildings for the specific product that you want to enable for a building. The Add Buildings pop-up window appears.
Select the building(s) and click Save.
The product only appears on the selected buildings, and any user permission changes apply only to those buildings. If no site is selected, the product does not show up when managing user permissions.
To disable products for buildings,
In the sidebar of the Channel Launchpad, click Clients.
Select the Client where you want to enable products per building. The Client Information page appears.
In the Apps section, click the three dots button for the specific product that you want to disable for a building.
Select Mass Site Disablement. The Disablement pop-up window appears.
Select the buildings(s) and click Disable. The product is disabled for the selected buildings.
You can check which products are enabled for a Client, along with the number of buildings on which those products are active.
In the sidebar of the Channel Launchpad, click Clients.
Select the Client where you want to enable products per building. The Client Information page appears.
In the Apps section, each product under KODE OS is listed along with the number of buildings enabled for the product.
