Building BI - Settings

The Settings option in Building BI allows you to view and manage:

  1. Shared Links

  2. Scheduled Reports

Shared Links:

In this section, you can view all links generated for specific dashboards in Building BI, including details
such as
Expiration, Building Name, Refresh Rate, and Allowed IPs.

To edit a link:

  1. Navigate to Building BI → Settings (at the bottom of the page).

  2. Find the link you want to edit (e.g., Test HVAC), click the 3 dots, and select Edit.


  3. You can now modify the Pages to share, Link Title, Refresh Rate, and Allowed IPs.

    • Note: To change Allowed IPs, you must be the owner of the dashboard.

  4. Click Save Changes when finished.

Tip: You can also delete links by clicking the 3 dots and selecting Delete.

Scheduled Reports:

This section lets you view and manage scheduled reports for your dashboards.

To edit a scheduled report:

  1. Navigate to Building BI → Settings (bottom of the page).

  2. Go to Scheduled Reports, click the 3 dots next to the report you want to edit.

  3. A window will pop up where you can update all available fields, including Name, Pages, Frequency, Repeat, Recipients, and more.

Tip: You can also delete Scheduled Reports by clicking the 3 dots and selecting Delete.
