In order to begin using KODE OS you need to set up and activate your account. To activate your account,
Once your account is created you will receive an email with instructions to set up your account. You will need to set up your password in order to activate your account.
Click the Set Password button.
This opens the Set your password page in your browser.
Write your new password in the Password* field and in the Confirm Password* field.
Click Set Password. The Login page appears.
Enter your credentials and use the platform.
If your Set Password link has expired, you must request a new password.
Click on the Go to Login button.
On the login page, click on Forgot Password and enter your email address to get a link to reset your password.
In the email you receive, there is a Reset Password button.
Click the Reset Password button.
The Reset Password button opens the Update your Password page where you can create your new password and confirm it.
Click Set Password. The Login page appears.
Enter your credentials and use the platform.
If you need help to find your workspace,
On the Sign in to your workspace page, click Find your workspaces.
The Find your workspace page appears.
Type your email address and click Continue.
An email is sent to you that contains instructions for finding your workspace.
Click the provided. The Login page for your workspace is opened in your browser.
The purpose of any Two-Factor Authentication functionality is to increase the security of one or more user accounts by enabling a second method of authentication, in addition to the password.
There are two methods for authentication: Application and SMS.
To enable your Two-Factor Authentication functionality via the Authentication App,
Click the User Profile icon.
Select Manage Account. The Account page appears.
In the Two-factor authentication section, click Authenticator App.
Go to your phone and download or open your preferred Authenticator App (i.e. Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft, etc.).
Select Begin Setup and Scan Barcode (the app should now open your phone camera). Or you can type in the code that appears on the computer screen, on your phone.
Point the phone (camera) to the QR code that has been displayed on your computer screen.
The app registers the QR code and displays a 6-digit code which will change every 30 seconds.
Scan the QR code with your authenticator.
Type the 6-digit code into the field and click Enable. Two-factor authentication is set up for the user account.
To enable Two-Factor Authentication via Text Message (SMS),
Click the User Profile icon.
Select Manage Account. The Account page appears.
In the Two-factor authentication section, click Text Message (SMS). The Enable Text Message pop-up window appears.
Select the Country Code, type the Phone Number, and click Get Code.
Check your phone for a SMS message containing a 6-digit number.
Enter the 6-digit number in the field and click Enable.
Two-factor authentication is set up.
You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.
In order for you to get the reset password email,
Go to your workspace by accessing the link in the following format:
yourorganizationname.kodelabs.com/
The login page appears. Click the Forgot password? link.
Type your account email address and click Reset Password. The instructions for resetting your password are sent to the email address.
In the email, click the Reset Password button. The Your New Password page opens in your browser.
Create your new password and confirm it.
Click the Sign in to your workspace link where you can enter your credentials and use the platform.

Click the Profile icon.
Select Manage Account. The Account page appears.
In the Password section, click the Edit button. The Change Password pop-up window appears.
Enter your Old Password, then enter your New Password and confirm it.
Click Save. Your password is changed.
