We’re happy to share that the Schedules page has a new Monthly view feature for enhanced schedules management. In addition to the existing capabilities, you have a dynamic monthly calendar view.  The calendar provides a comprehensive view of all your schedules and their running periods, making it easier than ever to manage your building’s schedules.

What’s New

• Calendar view (read-only): Gain the flexibility to switch between daily, weekly, and monthly schedule views, mirroring the familiar functionality of popular calendar applications like Google Calendar and Outlook. 

• Multi-schedule oversight: Compare multiple schedules side-by-side within the Monthly view, including special events which provides a comprehensive understanding of overlapping activities and resource allocation.

How to leverage the new feature

The monthly view can be found at the top, where there will be a calendar icon to the right of the bulleted list. This allows you to switch between the current schedules table and the Calendar View.
