How do I resolve a fault point status?

If a point is showing as faulty, the “Fault” status is showing the status of that point at the controller level.

Fault is an indicator that:

  • The source point has been removed

  • The value of the point has exceeded the limit

  • The point is not properly communicating

In order to resolve the fault this needs to be resolved through direct connection with the controller in question.
