This new feature allows you to assign users within their building/s immediately once added on Launchpad. 

Assigning users to Buildings through Launchpad is available only while adding new users. Additional Buildings can be assigned to users on KODE OS.

Add a New User and Assign it in Building(s)

To add a user on KODE OS and Assign it in Building(s) follow the below steps:

1. Go to Launchpad > navigate to the Company module which can be found on the left main navigation bar. 

2. Go to the Users tab.

3. Click on Add User and fill in the fields with personal user’s information such as First Name, Last Name, Position, Launchpad Role (User or Admin), Email and Phone Number.

4. On the Assign App section select KODE OS > choose the Role you want to give to the User.

5. Click on Assign Site(s).

6. Clicking on the Assign Site(s) button it will open up the “Assign Buildings to KODE OS” widow from where you can choose which building(s) you want to assign the user to.

7. Click on Save. You have now added the user and assigned it to the chosen building(s).
