Where can I see all the buildings a user is assigned to?

Where can I see all the buildings a user is assigned to?


  1. Click on the profile icon in the left navigation bar to navigate to the Admin Feature.
  2. A page with all Buildings will open up.
  3. Click on the Building of your choice from the Building list to view it’s users.
  4. The Building details page will open up, offering Four buttons on the upper right corner: Details, Areas, Users and Files.

   

  1. Click on the Users button and a list of all users of that building will open up.


Another way to view users is by clicking on the Users option from the additional left  navigation bar that opens up.


  1. Click on Users and a list of all users will be displayed.
  2. Click on the name (user of your choice) and the user’s details will be displayed.

  1. Click on the Buildings button on the upper right corner to view a list of all buildings that User is assigned to.
