Logging in through Single Sign On
KODE Labs supports all implementation of identity and access management (IAM) tools, in order to make it easier for you to login into your workspace and start exploring the platform. Whether your organization uses Microsoft Azure AD, Google IAM, okta, or another tool, KODE OS offers the ability to log in through them all.
There are two ways you can login into your building environment.
If you specify your workspace url
Write your buildings specific work domain into your browser (e.g. companyname.kodelabs.com).
This will take you directly to the Sign In Page.
You will be offered the option to:
Use the IAM tool
Click on the available “Sign in with ___” option.
You will be directed to choose your account in that specific IAM.
Once you click on the account you will be signed into your workspace.
If you are not logged in to your IdP, you will be redirected to the IdP sign-in page, where you are required to authenticate yourself. However, if you are already signed in to your IdP while signing into KODE Labs via SSO, you will not be asked to log in again and will be redirected to your workspace.
Use your KODE OS account credentials
Input your credentials (Email & Password).
Click on Login with Email button.
Once you click on this button you will be signed into your workspace.
If you do not specify your workspace url
Write accounts.kodelabs.com domain into your browser.
You will be directed to the “Sign in to your workspace” page.
Here you will have to input your workspace as seen in the below screenshot
Same as the above sign in option you will be provided with two options:
Use the IAM tool
Click on the “Sign in with ___” of your liking.
You will be directed to choose your account in that specific IAM.
Once you click on the account you will be signed into your workspace.
Use your KODE OS account credentials
Input your credentials.
Click on Login with Email
Once you click on this button you will be signed into your workspace.
Write in your email address and click on continue.
You will be sent an email to your inbox which will help you find your workspace and proceed with the other steps as per the instructions provided.
