How do I silence event notifications?

In cases such as fire testing you are able to silence event notifications as below.


  1. Navigate to the Events feature through the left hand navigation bar.
  2. Click on the building of your choice from the building menu that opens up.
  3. A list of events will be displayed, click on the 3 dots icon and select Create Event button from the drop down menu.
  4. A list of all buildings and routines will open up, choose the building and type of event (i.e temperature events) that you want to turn off and click on the on/off button on the routines that include temperature points.

  1. Your changes are made, if you wish to turn them back on, do so by following the same steps and clicking the button to β€œon”.


Note: You are able to turn events on and off if your role in the platform is:

  • SuperAdmin

  • SystemAdmin

  • DataCenterAdmin
