How do I access my account if my Password Set-Up link has expired?


If your Set Password link has expired please follow the below steps:


  1. If your link has expired, click on the Set Password button on the automatic email you have received to set up your account.
  2. This will take you to an Update your Password page.
  3. Click on the Go to Login button in the bottom left corner of the window, which will take you to the login page.
  4. On the login page, click on Forgot Password and enter your email address to get a link to reset your password.
  5. On the email you receive, you will find a Reset Password button.

  1. Note: This link is valid for one hour, in the event that it expires you need to go back to step 1 and follow the same steps.
  1. The Reset Password button will direct you to the Update your Password page where you can create your new password and confirm it.
  2. You will then be redirected to the login page where you can input your credentials and have access to the platform.
