Navigating to Point Details - Mobile App

In order to view all points from all devices in a building you can rely on Points. From the points list you can search, sort and filter points based on multiple criteria. 


  1. Navigate to the Portfolio Menu of the building of your choice and select Points.

  2. A list of all Points will be displayed, where you can search and select the point of your choice.


Clicking on the three dots button on the top menu you will see the Write Multiple Points option:


  • Multiple Write - gives you the ability to write multiple points. Once you click on it, click on the checkboxes on the far right of the points section, and click on Write Point. This will open up a window giving you the ability to command the point.



Clicking on Filters icon you will be able to filter the points list by:


  • Point Types

  • Status (Ok, Disabled, Down, Fault, Unknown, No Value)

  • Point Integrity (FDD, Overridden, Stale)

  • Type (AHU, FCU, Fire, Network Stat…)

  • Area

  • Data Sources


Point Details 

Clicking on a point from the points list you will be directed to its details, where you can see the point ID, the Data Source and Area the point belongs to, its Status, Location, Field and Tags.  


The Top Right Menu inside of point details has multiple options including:


  • FDD

    • In each Point you can view Active and Inactive FDDevents that are associated with it.

  • Activity

    • In the Activity Log you can view the reason the point was adjusted, duration, priority level and the user who made the change.
