Navigating to myMSI dashboard

The initial section presented in the myMSI environment is the "Dashboard”. Upon entering, you will have access to a wealth of project information. At the outset of this page, a visual representation of the project status will be showcased.

Project Status

A circular graphic provides insights into the current standing of the project, describing areas such as work in progress, completed tasks, and the remaining tasks yet to be addressed within the project.

Tasks Overview

The Tasks Overview window displays tasks performed in different sites of the project. The graph shows the completed work, the work in progress, on hold, and not started work for a specific task in a specific site.

This window enables you to display tasks in two forms:

  • Group by Filter and

  • Group by Contractor

You can also filter tasks through the “Filters” button located on your right side. There you can select the task type and show only tasks assigned to you.

Projects Timeline Window

The Projects Timeline window graphically shows the initial date when the project has started and the end date when the project is completed or the date when it will be completed if the work is still in progress.

Through this window, you can filter and show only the projects that are in progress and choose the start and estimated date of project completion.

All Tasks/Subtasks

The All Tasks/Subtasks window presents a list of all projects, providing additional details such as task title, project name, contractor, estimated completion date, priority, and status.

Within this window, you have the option to export the entire list using the "Export" button located on the right side. Furthermore, you can expand your view by filtering tasks assigned to you or displaying tasks or subtasks through the available filtering options.

Scope Notes

The Scope Notes window showcases all notes that have been recorded. Each note is equipped with a convenient navigation link, guiding you directly to the detailed section within the project section.

Using the "Filter" button positioned on the right side of this window, you can use your view to display only your notes and those related with the specific project you've been involved in.

 On Hold Tasks/Subtasks

The on Hold Tasks/Subtasks window allows you to search by projects, tasks, or task titles. You can also export the full list of on-hold tasks through the “Export” button on the right side of the window.

Furthermore, you can filter tasks through the “Filters” button on the right side.

Latest Added Attachments

The Latest Added Attachments window displays the documents that have been attached lately.
There you can see the Folder’s name, the Project’s name, and who created that document.
