Managing Users from KODE OS
While user management is handled primarily through Launchpad, KODE OS also allows you to add and manage new users.
Who can use this feature?
Portfolio Owners/Admins and Workspace Owners/Admins
Portfolio Owners who have access in Launchpad can configure the permission condition in Launchpad - which user can add what user. Check 'Configure Permissions for User Management in KODE OS' to learn more.
You can add a user from KODE OS by following these steps:
Go to Admin module from the left main navigation bar
From the left side menu select Users
Click on Add New User button at the bottom right of the page
On the Add User page, fill out the information below:
User First and Last Name
Email
Position and Phone Number (optional)
User Role
Assign Buildings
Edit User Details
You can edit or remove a user by following the steps below:
Go to Admin module from the left main navigation bar
From the left side menu click on Users
Search and select the user you want to edit or remove
Click on Edit User button to edit user details (First and Last Name, Position, Phone, Role)
Go to Buildings Tab > Edit Icon to add/remove buildings from users’ profile.
Click on Remove to unassign the user from KODE OS.
