Today, we’re excited to announce a fully revamped version of our FDD reporting to help you better interact with the dashboard - click, filter and sort away to explore your biggest issues in your building.
KODE’s new FDD Dashboard aims to make the monitoring of your building operations and finding root causes easier, simpler and faster. Key highlights include:
Revamped UX of the FDD landing page - the new look and feel will make it easier to have visibility into all the data that helps you make sense of what’s happening in your building and portfolio.
Revamped UX of the FDD incident page - the new look empowers you with informative data of incidents. Now you can see the overall impact caused in the building, how long it lasted, and which devices and areas were affected. Side by side with this information you will see the activity log of your team, who is working on it, and what issue is remaining.
Interactive filtering - you have two options that let you analyze the overall building or portfolio performance more effectively. You can simply pick your building and drill down to the incident details, or pick a fault and see which buildings were affected by it. Additionally, you have access to what incidents have or have not been acknowledged or escalated.
Advanced historical analysis of FDD - you will also have a better way of viewing the historical data where you can see what happened across your portfolio for a certain period of time (days, weeks or months) and analyze your priority use cases for your portfolio management.
