How do I create a user on Launchpad
You will be able to manage your KODE OS and myMSI users from Launchpad. In order to have access to Launchpad you will need to get an access link which will be provided to you by KODE Labs, Inc. or one of its channel partners.
Go to Launchpad > on the left main navigation bar select Company.
In the page that opens up you will see all your company details > on the top left side of your screen select Users.
Click on Add User and fill in the fields with personal user’s information such as First Name, Last Name, Position, Launchpad Role (User or Admin), Email and Phone Number.
Once you have filled in the fields, click Save to go to the second page to Assign Apps to the user.
Select the app > on the right side of the bar choose the user's Role > Click Assign Apps.
For KODE OS app if the user account you are creating for is:
Lead Engineer should be given User Admin role.
Building Engineer and Operators as User.
Property Management and other Stake Holders as View Only.
Super Admin is typically reserved for Client Admin who oversees IBMP for the portfolio. Note : This entire process requires admin privileges on launchpad. You can change the user's role anytime! Click here to learn how.
