How to Assign my Clients to myMSI

To manage which client to which app has access to:

  • Go to Launchpad.

  • From the left main navigation bar select Apps.

  • Here you will see listed all the apps you have access to. 




  • Clicking on each of the apps you will be directed to App details which contains two tabs: App Details and Clients.

MyMSI Details 

Here you will see app’s General Information such as App Name, Number of Clients that are assigned to the app, Activation date and Access status (Active - which means the app is available for use; or Inactive - which means the app is not available for use).

Here you will see the list of all Clients that are assigned to myMSI.



  • Clicking on the Pencil Icon at the end of each client you will be able to Edit Access Permission.

    • Active - the client will have access to myMSI.

    • Inactive - the client will no longer have access to myMSI until you change it.

  • Here you have the option to Unassign the App - You will permanently remove the client from myMSI.

Assigning Clients on myMSI 

  • To assign a client to myMSI click on the “+ Assign Client” button. 

  • In the page that opens up select the client(s) you want to assign the app to.

  • Click the “Assign App(s)” button.


*Note: If you don't want to give an immediate app access for use to the client you have to deselect the Active checkboxes and then click Assign Client(s) button.
