To manage which apps clients have access to, follow these steps:
Go to Launchpad.
From the left main navigation bar select Apps.
Here you will see listed all the apps you have access to.
Clicking on each of the apps you will be directed to App details which contains two tabs: App Details and Clients.
Here you will see app’s General Information such as App Name, Number of Clients that are assigned to the app, Activation date and Access status (Active - which means the app is available for use; or Inactive - which means the app is not available for use).
Here you will see the list of all Clients that are assigned to KODE OS.
Clicking on the Pencil Icon at the end of each client you will be able to Edit Access Permission.
Active - the client will have access to KODE OS.
Inactive - the client will no longer have access to KODE OS until you change it.
Here you have the option to Unassign the App - You will permanently remove the client from KODE OS.
To assign a client to KODE OS click on the “+ Assign Client” button.
In the page that opens up select the client(s) you want to assign the app to.
Click the “Assign App(s)” button.
*Note: If you don't want to give an immediate app access for use to the client you have to deselect the Active checkboxes and then click Assign Client(s) button.
