FTT - Functional Testing Tool

Introduction 

The Functional Testing Tool allows you to use the Workflows Engine to define procedures and steps for testing any Mechanical Device and running Digital Commissioning. Depending on your needs, these workflows can be scheduled to run periodically or on demand. 

Login into the Mobile app, and you will land on the Home view, to go to FTT click on the site name at the bottom of your page and choose FTT feature.


The page is split into two tabs:


  • History

  • Projects


 

There are two buttons, one for searching and the other for filtering. From the search button, you can search for the specific test. The filter button can sort by Building, Device, Type, Workflow, Date, and Score. Click Apply and your filters will be applied to the History Tab list. 

History Tab

On the history tab, you have a history of all the tests of the building which have been run previously or are in progress. When clicking on any of the tests you will be directed inside the Device’s FTT history. In there are two tabs:


  •  Details

  •  Tests


  1. Details 

On the Details tab, you will find all the information regarding the device’s FTT:


  • Device Name 

  • Device Type 

  • Area

  • Workflow

  • Status 

  • Score

  • Duration

  • Start time

  • Initiated by


2. Tests

At this tab are the registered logs for the specific test, every time the Job(test) is run it generates a report on how the group of Devices performed. 



Projects Tab 

Here you will see the list of all Jobs that are created. When clicking on one of them the page with Details, Tasks, and Devices will open.

                               


Details contain all the information like:

  • Name

  • Description

  • Schedule Type

  • Device Type

  • Workflow

  • Last Occurrence

  • Status


Also, there is a chart with the latest tasks. From here go to Tasks and see the list of the times a job was run, who ran it, and the status of the test, for more information click on the arrow button to see the details and test logs of the device.  



At the Devices tab, you will see the list of all devices of the selected job.
