Navigating from KODE OS to myMSI 

To access the myMSI page for a specific client from KODE OS, click on the nine dots in the left corner and select myMSI. This will redirect you to the desired myMSI page.

Navigating myMSI

Navigating through myMSI is straightforward. Use the left navigation bar to access each section, allowing for seamless transitions between project management tasks, property management, external collaborations, organizational details, and system configurations.


The myMSI interface is designed to unify the user experience across all modules and features within KODE OS. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Straightforward Navigation: Simplified navigation helps save time and effort in managing tasks and locating important information.

  • Consistent Look Platform-wide: A uniform look and feel across the platform enhances ease of use and familiarity when navigating different features

Dashboard: Visualizing Project Insights

The Dashboard in myMSI serves as your project control center, providing an overview of project statuses. Upon entering the Dashboard, you'll have:

  • Project Status Visuals: A graphical representation of project progress, including work in progress, completed tasks, and pending actions.

  • Tasks Overview: Detailed insights into tasks across different project sites, categorized by status and type for easy monitoring.

  • Projects Timeline: A visual timeline displaying project start and end dates.

  • Scope Notes and Gateways: Views of project notes and gateways of your projects/sites.

Sites: Managing Property Details

The Sites section allows management of property details and resources in myMSI. Here’s what you can do:

  • Location and Address: View and interact with property locations, including detailed floor and area information.

  • Team Members: Assign and manage team members assigned to sites

  • Systems and Device Profiles: Track and manage systems, device profiles, and gateways within each site.

  • Attachments: Access and manage attachments relevant to each site.

Projects: Centralizing Project Management

Projects in myMSI are the main point of your operational workflows. Key features include:

  • Project Details: A project overviews including project name, status, client details, and site specifics.

  • Project Team: Manage and collaborate with project teams and external contractors involved in project work.

  • Planning and Scope: Detailed planning to outline project scopes, equipment integration plans, and task assignments.

  • New Integrations:System integrations through detailed project planning.

  • Contractors and Attachments: Manage subcontractors and project attachments for a better project oversight and documentation.

Contractors and Manufacturers

  • Contractors: View and manage contractor details, including the ability to add new contractors and import/export contractor data.

Company: Managing Organizational Details
