Domain Specific Authentication Access
We are excited to announce the release of a new feature specifically designed to enhance the experience of our channel partners: Domain-Specific SSO Access. This feature is now available on both our web and mobile platforms, offering a more flexible and efficient login process for channel partners who manage multiple client environments.
Why this Improvement?
Recognizing the unique needs of our channel partners who frequently access multiple client domains, we have introduced the Domain-Specific SSO Access feature. This enhancement allows channel partners to seamlessly log in to any client environment for which a trust setting is established with their organization, eliminating the need to restrict SSO usage to their own domain.
Domain- Specific SSO Authentication Perks:
The "Other Sign in Methods" button, allows channel partners to easily view and select from a list of SSO options available for the client domain they are accessing.
This feature is uniformly integrated into both our web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and user-friendly experience across all devices.

The login page now includes a "Other Sign in Methods" button, allowing channel partners to easily view and select from a list of SSO options available for the client domain they are accessing.
How to Use:
Enter the client domain you wish to access.
Click on the "Other Sign in Methods" button to view and select the relevant SSO options for that domain.
This update is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the functionality and usability of our platform for all users, particularly our valued channel partners.
