Commanding and Controlling Equipment - Mobile App

Command and Control actions allow users to adjust setpoints and variables on equipment to influence their operations. These actions can only be performed on writable points.

You can access command and control functionality by clicking on a point reading from a floor plan or widgets and while viewing the device details for a piece of equipment.

Navigate to device details by:

  1. Selecting the Building of your choice> Devices > Select the device you want to command

  2. Clicking on a device name from the floor plan

  3. Selecting a building from the buildings list > navigate to the widget of your choice

  4. Searching for a specific device via universal search

From the device details page, you will see points with a blue pencil icon indicating the point is writable.

Clicking into the write point section will provide a menu that allows you to:

  1. Select the priority level

  2. Select the point value

  3. Select the duration of the change

  4. Provide a reason for making the change

  5. Provide any other specific reason
