Change or reset your password

You can change your password for security reasons or reset it if you forget it.




If you forgot your password


  • In order for you to get the reset password email, go to your workspace by accessing the link in the following format:


 yourorganizationname.kodelabs.com/bms



  • Upon accessing the link, you will be directed to the login page where you will find the “Forgot password?” link.

  • On the next page, enter your account email address, then click “Reset Password”. The instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email address.

  • On the email received, you will find a Reset Password button.

  • The Reset Password button will direct you to the “Your New Password” page where you can create your new password and confirm it.

  • Once you successfully change your password, you will be prompted to the Sign in to your workspace link where you can input your credentials and have access to the platform.


If you've forgotten which email address is tied to your account, or if you never received the automated response with instructions on how to reset your password, ask our Client Experience team for help and we'll be happy to help you get access!


If you are already logged in


  • Open My Profile page and click the Change Password button in the Account Details section.

  • To find My Profile page follow the below steps:

    • If you are logged in on Launchpad or myMSI

      • Go to your profile icon towards the top right hand corner of the page and then click Manage Account.

    • If you are logged in on KODE OS

      • Click on your profile icon towards the main left navigation bar.

  • On the Change Password pop-up enter your current and new password and click Save.

    • *Please Note: Passwords must have at least 8 characters and contain at least one: uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
