In our ongoing commitment to building energy efficiency and compliance, we're taking a significant step forward by standardizing our building categories to align with the renowned ENERGY STAR classifications! This important update not only expands our building category system but also reaffirms our unwavering commitment to sustainability and meeting rigorous environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards. 


What’s new?

  • Standardization to ENERGY STAR Property Types: The building category classification system is updated to align with ENERGY STAR property types. This change enhances the platform's focus on energy efficiency and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance.

  • Expanded Building Categories: There’s now a broader range of building types supported including Technology/Science, Religious Worship, and more, facilitating a more detailed and appropriate classification of properties.
