Assigning a User to myMSI from the Apps Section
To assign a user to myMSI, login to Launchpad and select the Apps section from the left main navigation bar.
From the list of apps select myMSI then go to Users tab.
Click + Assign Users at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Select the user you want to assign to by clicking on the checkbox next to the user's name.
Choose the user Role from the drop down menu that opens up after clicking Choose Role here field.
Click Assign User(s) and now you have given app access to the selected user(s).
What Role should I give to a myMSI User
Below you will find described in detail myMSI roles and their permission level.
If you are a Channel Partner:
MSI Admin - Can view and edit all projects as well as create new ones.
MSI Project Manager - Can view and edit all projects that s/he is assigned to under the client myMSI view.
If you are a Client:
Client Admin - Can view all Projects details and all information under the Sites and Admin Panel module.
Site Manager - Can view details under Projects, Sites and Admin Panel only for the projects s/he is assigned to. MSI Admin and MSI Project Manager roles have the ability to assign users to projects.
